These are very well made and collectable pair of chairs, the frames are solid beech, circa 1950-1960, they have been fully restored, I've had them washed back to the plain leather, then hand dyed six times this wonderful deep rich brown, they have then been sealed and waxed down
The front legs are beautifully carved, not only are they claw
ball but they also have acanthus leaf style carvings to the top

Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
