About the Item

This apothecary bank of drawers / vitrine was designed and made circa 1900 in Belgium. It was made from pitch pine with cast iron art nouveau style handles and cut glass doors. The cabinet has retained a rich patina with some natural distressing and (old) repairs. The interior dimensions of the drawers are: DWH 21 x 46 x 12 cm. It originally came out of the pharmacy Het Verguld Schaap in the city of Mechelen. We have a pair of these matching vitrines available but they are sold individually.
