Magnificent and rare Art Deco Modernist bookcase or credenza. Design by Hendrik Wouda for H. Pander Zonen Den Haag. Striking Dutch design from the 1920s. Rare, because of its width: 283,5 cm or 111.42 in! Solid oak base with original macassar ebony veneered top. Three original drawers with original brass and red lacquered knobs. Marked with manufacturers metal tag and brand mark. Locks and original key with monogram are in good working order. This wonderful Art Deco Modernist bookcase or credenza by Hendrik Wouda for H. Pander Zonen Den Haag is in very good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. A real eye-catcher for your home or office. We will ship this lovely piece in a custom made wooden crate for safe transport when purchased by overseas buyers!
