About the Item

This beautiful rare and substantial Austrian midcentury Walnut and rass wall self was designed by Oswald Haerdtl, one of the most important post War Austrian Architects, in Vienna 1950s. It features a walnut base with open walnut shelves and elegan slim brass fegs. All wooden parts are in very good original vintage condition with only some minor wear due to their age. We can offer refinishing, please request if you are interested! A perfect addiion to any midcentury Modern Living room, Office or Library! It´s provenance is directly from a Viennese Villa, Villa Pertl, which was designed by Haerdtl in 1957.
