This early 20th-century decorative wooden bookcase features an open-shelf design with five shelves and a raised gallery top, offering generous vertical storage and a warm, timeworn character. Constructed from wood planks, the piece shows visible age throughout-surface wear, finish variation, and natural irregularities that highlight its handmade quality and long-term use.
The sides have a subtle profile, complemented by arched cutouts along the base that give the silhouette a lighter appearance while maintaining durability. Small metal casters are fitted at the feet, allowing the unit to be moved more easily despite its substantial form.
