About the Item

A very fine and extremely well-crafted Breakfront in the English Style with great size and incredible attention to detail which includes Dove-Tail joinery. With particularly well-chosen Mahogany having handsome graining and used effectively in a contrasting manner. The Breakfront features a subtle and quite decorative Neo- Gothic Arch Motif on the base doors which are echoed above by a Delicate Geometric Tracery mullions on the glass doors. Clean Column Supports, a Crown with Dentil Molding, four shallow drawers in the central base unit, and Adjustable Shelves in both the upper unit and base complete this most Impressive piece. Key included. The Breakfront breaks down into discrete units for travel and will require reassembly at the point of delivery. The Breakfront measures 99.5” wide (At Crown) by 23” deep by 95.25” high. Condition: Please see detail photos. Various age-related wear including old time-softened nicks, scratches and dings, wood and a veneer and wood loss to the upper left side (See photo) mentioned for accuracy as they do not detract from the extraordinary presentation.
