George C. Flint Co. was one of the best-known high end furniture makers in New York during the 19th Century. Their strongest competitor was R. J. Horner, with whom Flint ultimately joined forces in 1914 to form Flint
Horner.

Horner was known for manufacturing furniture of the highest quality, of which this cabinet is no exception. Truly an outstanding piece of American history.
