About the Item

A most elegant French 19th century Louis XVI st. Moucheté Mahogany, ormolu, and Sarrancolin marble bibus shelves. The bibus is raised by finely fluted topie shaped feet with fitted ormolu sabots and mottled top caps. The sides and shelves at the center showcase the stunning wood grain flanked by fluted columns. Above is the original Sarrancolin marble top with a fine wrap around mottled ormolu gallery.
