About the Item

American Arts and Crafts bookcase by Gustav Stickley featuring clean lines and functional design. The two glass doors open to reveal four interior shelves. Retains original red “Als Ik Kan” decal with joiner’s compass on interior and partial paper label on reverse. Complete with original key, hardware, and glass panes. Good original condition with rich patina. Documented in Gustav Stickley (Gray, pg. 5) and Catalogue of Craftsman Furniture (1909, pg. 25). Shelves: Depth: 11″
