Mid-Century (1940s) Italian Modern palisander rectangular bookcase featuring 2 centered marble columns with fluted staff-form giltwood mounts, 4 doors (2 with glass, 2 inlaid with a starburst diagonal pattern) opening to reveal shelved storage compartments, resting on 6 short cabriole legs mounted on a plinth frame. (Attributed to PAOLO BUFFA) Crack in one marble piece.
