The piece features a rectilinear structure softened by subtly rounded vertical edges, a detail that enhances its architectural presence while highlighting the cabinetmaker’s precision.
The bookcase is arranged with two open shelves, providing practical storage within a compact footprint. Crafted in warm-toned wood veneer, the surfaces reveal a fine grain pattern and a rich patina consistent with age and careful use. The shelves are supported by solid side panels with integrated moulded profiles, while the cabinet rests on a stepped, ebonized plinth base, offering a visual contrast and elevating the form.
