Exceptional Raphael bookcase in his signature Béka lacquer finish, a technique he championed that gave the lacquer an ombré appearance; it rests on gilt bronze legs, Signed on a brass plaque in the back. The unit can also be hung to the wall -in which case the legs come off- via embedded steel plates.
