About the Item

This exceptional Art Deco bookcase originates from France in the first half of the 20th century, showcasing premium craftsmanship and luxurious materials. Its carcass is made from blockboard veneered with rare elm burl, boasting a rich and unique grain. The interior of the glazed section is veneered with exotic zebrano tropical wood, whose distinctive striped pattern creates a striking contrast. The inner side of the doors is veneered with elegant mahogany, which is further masterfully decorated with marquetry, enhancing the overall luxurious character. Clear sliding glass panels are precisely set in chromed grooves, adding a modern and functional element to the bookcase. The entire piece has been restored, and its original polish has been revived, bringing back its initial luster and beauty. The bookcase is very well-preserved and fully functional, ready to become a dominant and practical feature in your interior.
