About the Item

A striking example of Swedish minimalism, the Magasin magazine rack was designed in 1988 by Jonas Bohlin for renowned manufacturer Källemo. Crafted from solid natural ash, it embodies the pared-back elegance of Scandinavian modern design. Tall and sculptural at 140 cm high, this rare vintage set offers a functional yet refined way to store and display books, journals or magazines. It’s marked with an original metal maker’s plaque and remains in very good original condition, showing only light, age-appropriate wear. Originally produced in Sweden during the 1980s, this piece reflects Bohlin’s signature balance of form and function. It’s ideal for mid-century, minimalist, or modern Nordic interiors. We welcome all enquiries and ship worldwide.
