The top has a tall plate rack with two sets of six shelves with turned spindle gallery flanking a glass cased clock. Clock has an enamel face with embossed brass surround and large brass pendulum. In working order with seven day Morbier movement and signed by the clockmaker: Girard and the town: Quimper. Note: the pendulum door has two panes of glass with a visible seam. The buffet has simple hand-carved decoration of flowering vines, scalloped door panels and apron. One shallow dovetailed drawer above a two door cabinet opening to one interior shelf.
