About the Item
Antique French Louis XVI Marble top buffet will make a wonderful addition to a classic decor! Rendered from dense, old-growth white oak, it features a subtle combination of the step front married to a bowed center section creates visual appeal from all angles, especially with the chamfered and framed side panels which mimic the front facade. The four corner posts are carved, providing a framework for the three cabinet doors which feature on the sides, laurel wreaths, and at the center, floral swags, all held together with flowing ribbon. Brass drawer pulls and key guards add a nice touch. A beautiful slab of marble was chosen for its natural earth tones then contoured and hand-beveled to follow the casework below for the perfect finishing touch!
