About the Item
This is 17 Modules of Palaset Storage Cubes, originally designed by Ristomatti Ratia in 1972. This forward-thinking system for organizational living was only in production for a few years in the early 1970s. Its production became obsolete once the 1973 gas crisis took hold, as the plastics industry was hurt by the lack of raw materials made of oil. Therefore, it was very limited in production. The listed price includes all 17 modules to be sold together as one group.
Each cube measures 13.6 inches deep, 13.6 inches wide, and 13.6 inches high. These pieces do show minor wear from previous use but overall are in very good to excellent vintage condition. Please see photos.
