A fine
rare antique American Art Deco walnut
marquetry 24 drawer collectors or filing cabinet, circa 1920.
The cabinet is made from very attractive figured and burl walnut, the top of the cabinet having boxwood line inlay with a geometric lozenge shaped device to the center, inlaid with ebony and boxwood. Below are 24 inlaid burl fronted drawers all with the original turned pulls, the base curves outwards and is deeper than the top and has a pair of cupboard doors, each inlaid with a circular burl wood panel with a circular fan shaped boxwood
ebony device. The doors enclose a storage area and three vertical files, the cabinet is raised on bracket feet with a shaped skirt.
The cabinet is in very good condition, it is ready to grace your home or office, a rare and unusual antique American Art Deco cabinet.

A fine & rare antique George III Sheraton inlaid mahogany bookcase secretary, circa 1795.
A diminutive bureau bookcase In two parts, the top having a stepped cornice with twin doors below, the doors having very unusual astragal decoration of neo-classical urns with swags & surmounted with 'Prince of Wales' fleur des lys finials, the doors enclosing three shelves and three short inlaid drawers. The base having an inlaid fall front & oval floral paterae enclosing a fitted interior with six pigeon holes four drawers and a central locking door with shell inlay, the writing surface having a red 'bull's blood' tooled & gilded leather. Below are three inlaid drawers with the original brass handles, the base having a single 'secret' drawer and the bookcase is raised on tall 'French' bracket feet.

A good & substantial antique French Lyonnaise carved walnut Provincial three drawer commode chest, in the Regence style, Lyon, France, circa 1730.
The commode being of serpentine form and having three large drawers, each drawer is carved with Rococo scrolls and shell motifs, the drawers with gilt bronze handles and escutcheons. The commode is raised on short cabriole feet, as is common with these chests from Lyon, they are larger in size and have plenty of drawer space for storage. The drawers run smooth, clean and free from aroma and ready to store clothes or bedding, the chest is in good condition and is ready to grace your home.
