About the Item
Rare folk art cabinet from northern Sweden made around 1820 to 1830. Made by hand in solid pine in two parts. Original first layer of paint from the early 1800s. The paint shows the history of the cabinet with patina and distress after use. Old working lock and key, original drawer pulls in brass to the drawers. Healthy and solid frame. Measurements are taken from the pediment.
