About the Item
A wonderful antique Victorian dentist cabinet. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1860-1880 period. There is a makers label inside the door, which reads ‘Cash and Sons Ltd’, who were well known dental suppliers of the period.
The quality is outstanding, this is a lovely size and is a very useful item with lots of storage space. There is a generous two door cabinet section at the bottom, a large drawer in the middle and rows of smaller drawers in the top section. There is an open mirrored back shelf at the top, and this has two beautiful marble shelves in the middle and top. It sits on bun feet which in turn sit on casters.
We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age, with a wonderful patina. The top lifts off and this comes apart in two sections for ease of transport.
