About the Item
The MOUNA Separator is a captivating example of Art Deco–inspired design, created through a remarkable diversity of materials that form a visually striking composition. Crafted from rich wood, sleek glass, and hand-worked brass accents, the piece is designed around an embedded artwork by Mouna Fersi Seghir, featuring delicate shell inlays (sold also seperatly).
The MOUNA Separator AND the original artwork can be presented as an inseparable pair, or sold individually, giving collectors the flexibility to acquire them together or as stand-alone statement.
This integration transforms the separator into more than furniture, making it both a functional design and together, a collectible art object.
Designed by Rania Fahmy, the MOUNA piece embodies R’Kan’s ethos: merging heritage-inspired craftsmanship with modern luxury, and creating furniture that exists at the intersection of design and art.
