About the Item

Beautiful antique Biedermeier Corner Cabinet in cherry veneer from South Germany around 1820. Cherry veneered on softwood. Partly ebonized (black polished). Top with open display compartment with ebonized bottom. At the bottom door in the middle, there is an inlaid circle with star in ebony or dark stained fruitwood. Bottom inside with two old softwood shelves. Pull-out tray plate in softwood and brass knob. Restored and shellac french polished by hand. Dimensions: H 167 cm / 65.75 in Leg D 53 cm / 20.87 in
