c. 1910s; Duluth Show Case Co. - Duluth, MN
Large wooden parts cabinet, dating from around the turn of the century. This would have been used in a hardware store and would have held bolts, screws, and tooling during its' first life.
This piece, likely constructed from oak, features all-original, stamped hardware bearing the Duluth name. Each of the drawers includes a brass nameplate, left blank for customization, and cast iron pulls. All drawers are marked on the interior with the maker's mark and patent date.
This cabinet exhibits moderate signs of wear including some missing pulls and nameplates, scuffs/scratches, and some discoloration/fading.
