About the Item

This wood cabinet, adorned with intricate carvings, is a splendid antique piece from the late 1800s to early 1900s in Denmark. Its country-side origin adds a rustic charm, creating a striking contrast to modern design classics. The functional key unlocks the cabinet flawlessly. For a more contemporary and stylish look, use it without the top, revealing small spots on the surface as depicted in the pictures. Crafted from solid wood, brass, and showcasing exemplary old-school workmanship, this cabinet is not only aesthetically pleasing but also fully functional. The wood species of this cabinet is challenging to discern, with mahogany being my best estimate. Regardless, its enchanting small grain patterns and light brown color contribute to its aesthetic appeal. It measures 129cm height without the top.
