About the Item

We have a weakness for Rococo. The sinuous curves of this organ curved cabinet enlivens a modern space. The workmanship is wonderful: the burr walnut veneer glows, and the ash inlay is applied with subtle artistry. The slant-front opening of the lower half reveals a peacock blue felt desk top and a fitted interior with four drawers and a hidden compartment. The interior of the glass-enclosed upper portion is covered in a blue silk moiré. Pictured here with a Jean Filhos coffee service.
