An early 20th century atelier cabinet of simple, squared form with dramatic, distressed black paintwork. Constructed from a mixture of timbers to include pine and chestnut, the cabinet has an almost modernist, geometric aesthetic despite being a utilitarian piece. The two panelled doors open to reveal three interior shelves.
