About the Item
A traditional Flemish ebonized wood cabinet, made in Antwerp in the 18th Century, with gorgeous tortoiseshell inlaid, supported on a stand with matching tortoiseshell panels and bun feet. It consists of two center doors flanked by five drawers on each side. The doors open to a mirrored fitted interior with twelve smaller drawers and a single drawer below. It also includes a pull-out writing shelf.
