A French Napoléon III period faux book rosewood credenza from the late 19th century, with marble top and ionic columns. Created in France at the end of Emperor Napoléon III's reign, this rosewood credenza features a rectangular marble top sitting above a faux book façade flanked with half-columns topped with Ionic capitals. The doors open to reveal dark inner shelves offering convenient storage opportunities. With its faux book decor and rosewood patina, this French Napoléon III credenza circa 1870 will bring a great presence to any study or living room.
