Hiroyuki Tsugawa Deco Cabinet For Cassina
An array of modular sectional cabinets in various sizes and finishes, equally stunning in the living room or in the bedrooms, thanks to its elegant, compact and versatile design.
Flexible and stackable, the storage cabinets are available in an open shelving version, or with doors and drawers and, rounding out the line, a nightstand for the bedroom.

These modular storage units work equally well in the living area as in the bedroom. Available in glossy or matte finish, using the traditional lacquering techniques that are employed on other pieces from the SimonCollezione. Flexible and modular, Deco is supplied as open shelving, with drawers, or doors. For the bedroom, there is also a side-table version, with drawers, where the handle is carved from the horizontal front part of the drawer, with various combinations available, to accommodate personal preferences and needs.

About The Designer:
Dino Gavina, (1922-2007), began his career in the 40's working on stage sets, a great passion of his. He was convinced that design needed to be both modern and richly poetic, and soon began to gain support from many of the country's leading designers and architects: "fathers of the country", as he jokingly refers to them, including Carlo Scarpa, Enzo Mari, Marcel Breuer, to name but a few. His work in those years was an important starting point for what then came to be known as Italian Style, and has since come to stand for top quality, giving Italian design the prestigious reputation that it still enjoys today throughout the whole world.
