About the Item
This chest of drawers is one of a set of three used in the same old Japanese house.
Judging from its current condition, it appears to be quite old. It is in all original condition.
The rails show signs of considerable age, but the doors still move relatively smoothly and can be used as is.
Most antique Japanese furniture this old requires maintenance due to doors that won't close or wobbles. However, this item is still usable in its original condition, which is proof that it has been used carefully and cherished to this day.
