This mid century bar cabinet is attributed to Ico Parisi and reflects the refined material language and sculptural sensibility associated with Italian design of the 1950s. The piece is distinguished by two exterior lateral supports with an organic shape, a characteristic element that recalls Parisi’s distinctive design vocabulary.
The black lacquered side supports frame the cabinet and visually elevate the structure, while also supporting a glass shelf positioned at the top, which adds lightness and transparency to the overall composition. The cabinet is organized into two functional sections. The lower compartment offers enclosed storage with an interior shelf, providing practical space for barware or accessories. Above, the upper module includes a glass shelf and four drawers, allowing for organized storage while maintaining a balanced visual rhythm.
Crafted in maple wood, the cabinet is enriched with black lacquered details, finely milled spindles, and brass accents.
