From Niagara Furniture a Vintage Councill Furniture Breakfront in excellent, ready to use in your home, condition.
With a sophisticated design this beautiful Councill Mahogany Vintage Breakfront has everything going for it. This two piece breakfront boasts a nice amount of storage space featuring drawers on the bottom section along with a sliver tray set up and a lock and key on the top drawer. On the outside of the bottom center doors are two cupboard areas which feature removable shelves so you store away either larger or smaller items. The top section of the breakfront features beautifully banded doors with interior glass shelves with each shelf having plate grooves cut into the glass portion of the shelves. The secondary portions of the drawers in the Councill Mahogany Sideboard are produced from American oak and the drawers also features drawer glides for easy opening and closing.
The breakfront shaped front is a classic design feature and this shape is highlighted on the top of the cabinet and this shaping continues downward and is reflected on both the door and drawer fronts. High quality construction throughout is exemplified in the solid mahogany carvings, the designer style hardware as well as the oak drawer interiors and the fantastically carved pediment.
The breakfront comes with factory installed lighting.
As with all antique and used pieces of furniture there will be some small signs of wear and tear but overall this item is in excellent condition.
