About the Item

A pair of richly colored, hand carved, polychrome, Italian, clipped-corner, two door cabinets. Each with faux marbled tops and bases. Decorated with vignettes of birds and urns amidst elegant sprays of leaves, flowers, and ribbons. Acquired from a private estate decorated by the legendary actor turned interior designer, Billy Haines (1900-1973).
