Inspired by the earth goddess Gaia, "Revelation of Gaia" aims to explore the mighty but soft inner power and to praise the mysterious nature. With this collection we try to break the boundary between artistic sculpture and practical furniture, and to explore different materials.
It is an artistic scene made up by the furniture. The soft and tender fur covering the tough and hard structures, touching the ground, reflects the power of the all encompassing earth. The hair flutters with the flow of air, like the quietly rhythmical breathing of living creatures. Grand and delicate, strong and soft, it pictures the female spiritual profile and represents the strength and tenderness of female quality.

Before "The Crack in Chaos", Atelier V&F conceived an imagination of primordial rawness in "Revelation of Gaia". Based on this collection as the prelude, Atelier V&F is working to expand it into a majestic play, with the first act tracing back to the time before the birth of Gaia, to the start of everything, to the abyss cloaked with mysterious fog.
