A beautifully proportioned 19th-century German walnut chest of drawers, professionally restored.
Hand-finished with the traditional French polish (shellac) technique, it features a warm satin sheen that reveals the natural depth and elegance of the walnut veneer.
The chest stands on refined tapered legs, giving it a light and timeless silhouette.
It retains its original locks, carefully cleaned and fully functional, while the escutcheons have been expertly replaced with new period-style fittings matching the original design.
All drawers are immaculately clean, ready for use.
The entire surface has been restored with respect for the original craftsmanship and materials of the period.
