About the Item
A fine European Walnut burl four drawer chest with a shaped top with a darker carved edge. The frieze drawer has dark carved moldings and escutcheon and the supports also have darker carved and scrolled details. Three long drawers on the chest have matching dark escutcheons and are mounted on a plain base. Along with three keys. Restoration recommended.
Dimensions: 37" wide x 20 1/2" deep x 32" high
Condition: Please review the detail photos. There are scratches and marks on the top with losses and scrapes to the edges. Both sides have stable age cracks and the base has wear. While restoration may be desired it is not strictly necessary as the Chest retains an admirable and powerful presentation.
