Born in Imperial Austria during the third quarter of the 19th century, this exquisite Biedermeier commode features a slightly raised rectangular top sitting above a perfectly organized façade presenting four drawers with bookmarked veneer, each accented with an ebonized shield-shaped escutcheon. Raised on four block feet, this Austrian 1870s Biedermeier style commode will bring a touch of understated elegance to any home, particularly placed in a bedroom or living room.
