About the Item
Elm burl chest of drawers from the Charles X period circa 1830, brass lock entries. This beautiful chest of drawers goes very well with mid 20th century furniture by bringing a touch of classism. It is its simple shapes and the blondness of the rich elm burl wood that create this harmony. It is in perfect condition despite its 200 years old and has a great charm. As was done at the time, it is entirely assembled in mortises and tains, without any nails. It is a quality piece of furniture.
