About the Item

Elégante commode sauteuse à deux tiroirs en bois de rose surmontée d'un marbre gris Saint-Anne. La marqueterie est faite de placage de la même essence posé en frisage et opposition de fil qui offre un délicat décors géométrique. Les deux tiroirs sont garnis d'une entrée de clef dorée et d'une clef faisant tirant. La commode porte la trace d'une estampille E N M... nous pouvons l'attribuer à Emile Noël Malle (voir photos) et son poinçon de Jurande.
