About the Item
Classic and elegant, this George III chest of drawers was handcrafted circa 1800. It is made from walnut, recently refinished with a warm red-brown tone. The bail pulls are brass. We love the simplicity of this design. It's one of balance and symmetry, with a Neoclassical cornice matched by bracket feet. There are 6 drawers in total: 3 smaller drawers atop 3 graduated, full-length drawers.
