About the Item
A wonderful late 19th century brass bound pharmacy chest in mahogany.
The chest has a thick top, with three graduating drawers all raised on block feet.
Each draw sections has brass bounds to each with turned recessed handles.
The colour and grain within the mahogany is unique and this piece presents wonderfully throughout.
Originally used in an East of England pharmacy shop, where it formed a much larger display of drawers.
