About the Item

Fine quality 18th century burr walnut chest of drawers circa 1730. Fine quality Swedish commode circa 1730. Beautiful natural colour which has taken nearly 300 years to develop.  Serpentine over sailing top.  3 shaped drawer fronts with inlay and stringing. Top with inlaid hunting scene. Replaced back and drawer linings, minor  losses to wood work, and minor losses to original escutheons.  1 replaced back foot.
