A fine French semainier or tall chest of mahogany, featuring a figured marble top over a frieze of one drawer with escutcheon over six drawers with a locking pilaster and key - each drawer showing matching flame-cut veneers and having knob pulls. Set upon a plinth base and raised turned feet.
