About the Item

Italian Mid-Century Black Oak Ceruse Drawer with Nickeled Handle Recesses 1960s This chest of drawers with 4 spacious drawers impresses with its fine details and chic finish. The base of the chest of drawers is beech with oak veneer and black laminate. The pores of the oak wood and the lines are still noticeable and visible, giving this surface a pleasant, homely character and a soft feel. The bottom of the drawers is lined with beige Alcantara, making it suitable for delicate fabrics. The handle recesses are edged with nickel-plated metal, which emphasizes the lines of the handles. A fine metal band runs across the top and bottom like piping. The chest of drawers is modern and purist, but also has fine details that make it so special. The chest of drawers is of high quality and has been newly lacquered with a silk matt finish.
