About the Item
This large 1950s commode chest of drawers would impart a cosy, glowing mood to any space. The warm sycamore wood, geometric shape and curved front, remains looking healthy and smooth 70 years later. Quality brass and chrome handles adorn the front of the chest. Made in France in the late 1950s by an unknown cabinetmaker, the piece feels delightfully modern for the period and charmingly vintage now. A beautiful piece, in great vintage condition.
