Louis XVI dresser from Emilia, from the second half of the 1700s.
Particular dresser from the Louis XVI Emilian (Bologna) period, of moderate size and with 2 large chests of drawers. Beautiful cast and gilded bronze handles.
The cabinet has never been restored except for a surface cleaning that restored the cabinet to its natural Maple and Walnut wood in a very light shade.
The truncated pyramidal foot with bottleneck is beautiful, contributing to a streamlined and essential overall design.
Interior is mint.
In need of conservative restoration.
