About the Item

Iconic Mid Century Exoskeleton chest on chest, designed by William Hinn, for the Urban Furniture Company, made in Sweden circa 1950's. The chest features an eight drawer lower case, with a removable two door tambour roll top case, having five interior drawers. The dresser is in very good, original, clean and ready to use condition, showing minor signs of age and use, specific condition report as follows. The chest is solid, sturdy, and fully functional, the finish shows minor cosmetic wear, and inconsequential veneer loss, normal and consistent with age. Rare hard to find item from the Golden Age of Mid Century Scandinavian applied design. Please view the companion dresser and nightstands, we have listed separately on 1st Dibs.
