About the Item

A neoclassical hand-crafted chest of six drawers in a tall, rectilinear case finished in a softly distressed painted surface, lending an elegant, timeworn patina. The drawer configuration begins with two smaller drawers over a series of graduated full-width drawers, creating a balanced and architectural façade. Each drawer is outlined with subtle molded trim and fitted with antique brass rosette pulls,  a hallmark of classical French case furniture. The piece stands on tapered and gently shaped legs, reinforcing its Louis XVI influence and providing a light, elevated stance. Clean lines, restrained ornamentation, and symmetrical proportions emphasize neoclassical European classical elegance combined with a warm, modern finish. Dimensions: 36" W x 18" D x 51" H
