About the Item
This handsome chest of four equal hand-cut dovetailed drawers has great color and is characterized by an attractive grain pattern of massive swirls sweeping across the drawer fronts and sides. The top has a routed step-down edge and the front corners are decorated with hardwood split balusters which separate a pair of acorn corbels above and an applied elongated pyramid molding beneath. The drawers open on white ceramic knobs with a brass plated escutcheon in between.
