About the Item

A hand-shaped applied ogee molding creates a step-down edge to the top of this large three drawer chest. The hand-cut dovetailed drawers are of equal depth, the top one standing slightly proud of the lower two, which are flanked by full turned balusters. The wood is clear with mostly small knots and a nice even color, hand-polished to a rich honey glow.
